Gan Li Li is a lawyer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where she practises under the Corporate & Commercial, Merger & Acquisition and Intellectual Property Department with the Partner and Senior Associates of ISW.

Prior to the joining of ISW, Gan Li Li has been working as a legal executive in one of the most reputable legal firms in northern Johor, Malaysia, overseeing contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property matters within and beyond Malaysia for a duration of 2 years.

In ISW, Gan Li Li is mainly responsible for corporate commercial practice such as a variety of commercial transactions, acquisition of companies and shares, joint ventures, intellectual property rights, compliance matters as well as compulsory licensing and regulations.

Gan Li Li has a First Class (Honours) Degree in Law from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, United Kingdom and she completed her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2018. She was subsequently admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2019.
