Phua Jin Key is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London and qualifies under the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP).

He has twenty (20) years of experience in the area of practice covering general litigation, conveyancing, commercial agreements such as joint ventures, sale of shares and trust deeds, family matters in divorce proceedings and industrial relation disputes and unjust dismissal. He handles mainly civil litigation cases in respect of shareholders/company disputes, family law, real estate, tort, commercial contracts, sale of goods, tenancy agreement, probate, trust, letter of administration and writ of distress, winding up petition and bankruptcy actions.

He often conducts trial for industrial disputes between employees and employers, unjust and unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal. His area of family matter deals with marriages that have been irretrievably broken down, whether by way of joint Petition or single Petition filed in the High Court of Malaya.

Over the years of practicing as partner at Messrs Lum Chee Seng & Associates and Messrs C.M.Chiu & Co, Mr. Phua now joins ISW Legal IP as the partner managing the Petaling Jaya Office and advising a wide range of the firm’s clientele from individuals, Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to corporate clients and GLCs.
