The beginnings
IJsseldijk & Smit, Advocaten, is founded by Daan IJsseldijk in Amsterdam and Rotterdam — practising banking & real estate, family, wills, trust and succession law.
Registered IP attorney
The firm is registered as a European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorney before the BOIP and EUIPO, expanding into Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Corporate & Commercial law.
Re-branded as ISW Legal IP
Re-branded to provide holistic legal and intellectual-property services in close association with ISW Europe Legal IP — pairing legal advice with a dedicated technical and commercialisation team.
