GDPR Glossary Also known as: privacy policy
The transparency document telling people how and why you process their personal data.
A privacy notice gives data subjects the Article 13/14 information: who you are, what data you process, why, the lawful basis, who you share it with, transfers, retention and their rights.
It must be concise, transparent and in clear language — a legalese wall does not meet the standard.
